I will have a root canal. How long is the healing for a root canal?

There is no data supporting as to how long will the tooth heal.

That depends on several factors. Once the canal is completely sealed and tge finsl restoration is placed, you should be comfortable. If there was a large radiolucuncy around thd tip of the root , it could take 3-4 months for the bone to refill the area. Sometimes, an apicoectomy( root tip amputation) is needed to get final healing.
