You can pull all the teeth out at once if the situation allows. Many patients choose sedation for this.

It depends on many factors. Is the patient healthy. What drugs or supplements they are taking. If the teeth are periodontally compromised. If the root structures are straight or curved. How the roots align to each other root in a particular tooth. If the bone is healthy. If the patient has TMJ issues. That lists a few factors. Basically, the patient has to be examined and have full 3D X-rays to know.
