I am a 22 year old male. I want to know how many times a day can you rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide?

Not aware of any limit. But I would dilute it by half with water

You can rinse your mouth essentially as often as you need. One to two times a day for 30 seconds is typical guidelines, but if you have recently had surgery or you have been given specific instructions by your dentist, it is a good idea to follow them.

I do not recommend using it. It can hurt your teeth. Brushing your teeth with baking soda is okay, but fluoride toothpastes are better.
