My knee was hurt and I think I might’ve hyperextended my mcl I can’t straighten it and I can barely walk on it

That's the classic sign of a hyperextended knee. Roll up a towel and place it behind the knee joint...grab your lower leg and gently flex your foot towards your rear-end cheek on the same side...hold for ten seconds....repeat! This may be painful but it will increase your range of motion! It can also be adjusted by a well trained extremity biomechanic!
