My gums are inflamed and in a lot of pain. It’s behind the last tooth on the bottom layer on the back right side and the gums feel tender and in lots of pain. I’ve tried almost everything I can think of to relieve the pain but it won't go away even with numbing medicine.
It is possible that it is your wisdom tooth coming in. Have you ever had them removed?
We will have to take an Xray to diagnose the problem. If you are local then you Call us at 2013428585 to schedule an appointment . We are located at 211 Washington Avenue, Little ferry, NJ 07643.Thanks.
This is likely your third molar commonly called wisdom tooth probably infected. These teeth often cannot erupt smoothly and develop infections. Best to visit your dentist and discuss removal.
This sounds like an infection that could become dangerous. You should seek a consult with a dentist, NOT the ER!!!

Obvious difficult to diagnosis without a clinical exam or X-rays . What it sound like by your description is tissues being inflamed by an erupting 3rd molar (wisdom tooth ) called Pericornitis . Only effective treatment is extraction of the wisdom tooth.
You need to get diagnostic x-rays ASAP.
