I have a dry rash on my penis which is causing a lot of itching. Can I use zyrtec to reduce feelings of itchiness?

You can, but it might not help get rid of the rash. This should be seen by your dermatologist to make sure it’s not a sexually transmitted disease, an infection, or inflammation.
