Thank you for your question. In your presentation I'm not seeing how long you've been feeling this way. Your symptoms don't seem to point to anything specific other than a common cold. Especially in view of normal temperature. However if you continue to experience malaise and fatigue with fever of 100.4 or above please see your primary physician or seek help at an urgent care clinic.
