I had a bypass 8 years ago?
Is it possible for a doctor to not see where a bypass was done 8 years ago? When he puts new stints in now; he says there is no evidence of one ever being done?

Yes, it is possible if the stents were not a foreign body material.
If the bypass closed than they would not see where the bypass is.
