I had unprotected sex and took plan b the next day?
So, I had unprotected sex and had to buy plan b the next day. But when I bought the plan b the next day I went out and consumed alcohol. I took the plan b and 1 hour later I started drinking alcohol, I had 3 drinks. I just want to know if plan b will not be effective since I started drinking alcohol after 1 hour of taking plan b?

Yes. The plan B should still be effective.

The plan B should still be effective. It’s not that much different than a girl taking her birth control daily and going out for drinks.
