I have bumps on the back of my tongue?
I have developed bumps on the back of my tongue and they have been there for 6 days now. They are not itchy or bleeding just very irritating. How can I help them go away?

As your doctor, Id say those bumps on the back of your tongue are likely enlarged papillae, which can be caused by irritation, minor infections, or even something as simple as biting or burning your tongue. Since theyre not painful, bleeding, or worsening, they usually go away on their own. I recommend rinsing with warm salt water twice daily, avoiding spicy or acidic foods, and keeping good oral hygiene. If they persist beyond 10 days or get worse, Id suggest coming in for an exam to rule out any underlying issue.

They need to be examined clinically.
Visit your dentist and have them evaluate it, as it can be a number of things.
Just do diluted salt water rinse 3 times per day. If not normal in 2 weeks, then see your dentist.
Please have a dentist check them if they have been there for more than a week.
