I have had belching and stomachache for 4 days?
I have had belching and sour stomach for 4 days, nausea, no vomiting, unable to eat a complete meal, and abdominal pain. I have taken Mylanta, tums, teas, and ice chips. I don't know what else to do, please help I am uncomfortable and I think I may have to go to the ER for this.

Not sure what this might be, though an infectious gastroenteritis or acute gastritis is possible. Try to avoid the ER and see a PCP or urgent care instead.
