I have huge lump on my arm from missing after shooting up meth?
Do I reschedule my 4th shoulder surgery scheduled for tomorrow? I have a huge red bump on my arm after shooting up and missing meth. I don't want to tell the doc. What do I do?

Please consult with an OTP center and start treatment for substance use disorder.
Reschedule for sure.
Don’t do surgery now you may have lympadenitis. Your shoulder will get infected. Please see your PCP.
Tell your surgeon. If you have an infection, it could seriously compromise your surgery. If you used meth, that could put you at risk for heart complications during surgery.
