I have itching in my penis?
Recently, my penis started to itch I scratched it but it wasn't helping when I checked out I found something infection on the edge of my penis head. I don't know what it was but it was looking like cold sores, anyways I waited for 2 days and noticed that the skin of my penis started to itch in the same way and is all red and swollen. I applied a lot of antiseptic lotion daily for like a week on the itching areas it's been a few days since then and now the skin in those areas has started to peel off. What's wrong with me? Is it serious?

POSSIBLE causes of penile sores/ulcers include but are not limited to herpes, syphilis, chancroid, and trauma. Obviously a SEXUAL HISTORY is crucial to the diagnosis and also to identify recent sexual contacts so they can be told to seek medical attention. I strongly suggest you see reputable primary care doctor, Internist, or family medicine specialist for appropriate tests and treatment.
