• I have oral, gums, and bones pain?

I have a lot of pain in my left cheek area of my mouth and gums and teeth on a scale of 1 to 10 for pain 10 being the worst it's a solid 8 it's extremely painful. I have all of my teeth, I haven't had any oral surgery's and no injuries but I have a small piece of what I'm guessing is a piece of bone coming out of my gum in the very back Upper left side above the very back tooth. What do I need to do this is extremely painful

Im really sorry youre dealing with that kind of pain. A solid 8 out of 10 is no joke, especially when it involves your mouth, where everything from eating to talking gets affected.

From what youre describing, it sounds like you might be experiencing something called a bone spicule or sequestrum. Thats a small, sharp piece of bone that can push through the gum, often after a hidden infection, trauma, or even naturally in rare cases. Even if you havent had oral surgery or any known injury, these things can still happen. The pain in your cheek, teeth, and gums could also be from inflammation or infection in the surrounding area, which may be putting pressure on nearby nerves.

Heres what Id recommend

See a dentist or oral surgeon right away. You shouldnt try to remove or poke at the bone fragment yourself.

They may take an Xray to check whats going on beneath the surface. It could be a bone fragment, infection, or something else like a cyst or impacted tooth.

If its infected or inflamed, they may prescribe antibiotics and possibly remove the bone fragment if needed.

Pain at that level, especially with something sharp or unusual breaking through your gum, is your body telling you it needs attention. The sooner you get it checked, the sooner you can get some relief.

I would highly recommend that you have a dentist examine you in person. It is difficult to determine what the problem might be from a description so please find a dentist to take a look!

Go see your dentist or an oral surgeon ASAP. It could be a number of things including a root tip, a piece of a bone from something you ate. Rise with warm salt water, a teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water, 3-4x times a day.

It is not usual to have that significant of pain. I suggest you seek immediate dental or medical assistance.

Go to the dentist ASAP. This is not something you should be treating yourself.

It sounds like you may have a wisdom tooth poking through at the back. You need to see a dentist to get this checked. I’m guessing the wisdom tooth is causing your symptoms and will need to be removed.
