I have pain on the tip left side of my penis every time I force a fart or have to poop.
25M, 172cm, 98kg smoker.
This came from nowhere 3 days ago and it won't go away, every time I have to poop and force my self the tip of my penis hurt.
It's like a pinch hurt like someone poking it with a needle, there's no difference from the outside it's the same.
But this pain is so hard I don't know what to do.

If it doesn't resolve on its own within a week, you may need to go in and have someone look inside your urethra with a telescope.
