I have severe pain in my calf without any injury. What could be the reason?
I have a severe pain in my calf muscles along with a tingling sensation. This condition has been the same since a few months. What could be the reason behind this. I have not had any fall or injury.

There could be several reasons depending on what triggers it. If the pain occurs during walking, it could be related to vascular problem. If it comes on with bending or any other positional change, one can consider neurological disorders. If pain is burning in nature along with the tingling you mentioned, you could have neuropathy.

There are multiple reasons for your symptoms. The first thing a doctor should do is see if your pulses are palpable in your feet. This will help direct evaluation.
Without an examination and some testing it is impossible to determine. Common causes would be a muscle tear, tendonitis, or blood clot. Uncommon causes include compartment syndrome, nerve entrapment, or artery entrapment. You should be evaluated by your physician
You certainly could have peripheral arterial disease (PAD) with symptoms of claudication (reproducible calf/thigh muscle pain with exercise). Risk factors for PAD include tobacco use, CAD, hyperlipidemia, Hypertension, positive family history and diabetes.
This could be a number of things from a clot in your calf. Local injury, neurological pinching of nerves, i.e., your back, etc., if continues, get ultrasound first, see a doctor.
