My upper back, shoulder blade, neck, and chest are in pain (it’s a piercing pain) and it’s red

Hello. "Piercing Pain"; "Red" (I'm not quite sure what is red), for one day, likely should be seen in the nearest emergency room. I suspect they will be more able to figure this out. Good luck!

In view of your current symptomatology and redness that youre experiencing, I would have someone look at this redness to see if its follows in neurologic pattern. This could be shingles with irritation to the musculoskeletal system.
