I have an infection like thing on my penis, there’s oozing stuff coming out that smells like and little white bumps like the size of a gnat and it burns.

This can be a skin infection on the skin of the penis or an infection from the inside of the penis (urethra). It is recommended that you seek evaluation from a medical professional.
