Can long term IBD cause my digestive system to fail?
I have been suffering from Crohn's for the last 3 years. I can't find a medication or treatment that helps. However it is usually pretty mild and I am able to control it mostly with diet. Will this cause my system to collapse one day?

Collapse, no, but worsening symptoms are the problem leading to complications.
You can’t manage Crohn’s with diet alone. You should work in conjunction with your GI doctor to prevent more serious problems in the future.
