Yes, it is but it should stop over a couple of days.

Hi,

Implants are titanium screws placed into your jaw bone to replace missing teeth. As with any surgery, there is possibilities for post surgical bleeding ... although it shouldn’t be copious by a little drizzle a day later can occur. If concerned, please do visit or call your dental surgeon.

Two to three days after surgical implantation. Should be kept clean with a soft toothbrush and warm water. Mechanical dabridement is best if it can be tolerated. Q-Tips sometimes help!
