Is diarrhea after chemotherapy normal?
My son is undergoing chemotherapy for a cancerous growth that was diagnosed in his nose. Now, he's having some diarrhea after his chemo. Is this normal?

Yes, diarrhea is common after chemotherapy
Chemotherapy often has side effects on the bowels, either constipation or diarrhea. When your child gets diarrhea, it is important to keep him hydrated. If the diarrhea gets worse, or your son seems dehydrated, or if there is blood in the diarrhea, you should call the doctor.
