Is it melanoma
I've had a 6mm mole for at least two years. I don't see any change in diameter but it has two colors and the borders are not symmetrical.

Hello there! There are different causes of lesions similar to these - some are cancerous or melanoma or pigmented basal cell cancer and some are not! I highly recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can evaluate, and if needed, biopsy and diagnose the lesions so appropriate management can be started early.
