Is it normal for me to keep going toilet while on my period
I'm on my period and I keep having to use the toilet and I can't stop peeing.

Several possibilities. One would be bladder infection. Most likely the increased frequency is related to the uterine congestion & pressure on the bladder.
You should see a doctor to check for a bladder infection this could be a sign of urine infection.
