YES, by all means! If you have a high cavity rate or periodontal disease (gum infections), you sure should use a soft or ultra soft brush and floss more too. It could be a life saver if you have a family history of stroke, heart attack, or even dementia.

Yes it’s perfectly fine. Just make sure you use a soft bristle brush and don’t brush too hard or you may wear away your tooth enamel.
