I am 3 months pregnant and want to fly. Is it safe to travel 3 months pregnant?

It is safe to fly if you are three months pregnant.  However, if you normally take aspirin before a flight to prevent blood clots, you should use a different method.  Rather than aspirin, you should use compression stockings on your feet.  You should never use aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medications during pregnancy.  Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is safe.
