I usually clean my vagina with soap. Is it safe? Does it dry out the vagina?

Moisturizing with a mild, soapy solution is okay once in awhile. There are many over-the-counter moisturizers available that will not alter good bacterial flora.

The skin portion of the vulva (outside) is safe to use gentle cleansers such as Dove Sensitive Skin. The mucosal surface of the vagina you should only use water. Do not use wipes as they can contribute to irritation or even allergy.

Not that I know off, unless you have symptoms. Mild soap should be ok

I recommend only using water to wash the vagina. Sometimes even mild soaps can alter the bacterial composition of the vagina that maintains its pH and lead to yeast infections and bacterial vaginitis.

That should be okay. Make sure you do not use any vaginal douches.
