With proper pre op screening and board certified plastic surgeons coupled with excellent anesthesia services the risk is certainly controlled and minimal. I usually do my rhinoplasty at a hospital with board certified anesthesiologists and the patient stays overnight for a more stress free recovery.. As I usually improve breathing as well as improve appearance insurance covers the hospital and anesthesia// which is a significant savings for the patient!!
