I want to get this energy drink called gamer supps. However, I am unsure about the amount of vitamin b12 (about 8000% of the daily value in one serving). Is too much vitamin b12 actually bad for you?
It's not really harmful to take excess B-12, but you might get nausea, dizziness, and the like. You will pee out excess B-12, so it's a waste of your money to take so much.
