I got a boil in my groin area it has white dots no pain but I'm worried.

That does not look like a hernia. It looks like an infected cyst.
Not a hernia. Probably folliculitis.
Visit urgent care or a clinic for a full exam.
Hello, I cannot quite tell from the photo if this is already an abscess or not but go to your provider or urgent care and get it treated before it gets worse.
Looks like a boil, not a hernia, but should see a doctor get it treated.
