Is this a medical emergency?
My husband is having trouble breathing, weak, right leg and foot swelling, pain in the shoulder, blood pressure 104 over 90 heart rate 98. He cannot get very much sleep because he cannot breathe, not eating. I think this is a medical emergency what do I do?

Yes it is an emergency – he should go to hospital. It could be a pulmonary embolus, pneumonia or heart failure.
It could be emergency. However have a complete check up with your doctor regarding his heart in great detail.
It sounds like he should be seen. I would take him to the emergency room
