Is this something serious?
Is throwing up grey, headaches, fatigue, hand pain, fast heartbeat, and having a sore throat and ringing noise in right ear something serious? I just a few hours ago and that's when I threw up and after that my stomach has been growling all day after I just ate.

You have to see your physician and discuss this condition. You can have these symptoms due to numerous different reasons (gastritis, migraine, meningitis, anxiety, etc.)
