Most likely you have a urinary tract infection. The symptoms of UTI are burning sensation, urgency and hesitancy. By taking OTC anti-inflammatory medications, ibuprofen, can help. Drink plenty of fluid. Sexually transmitted infections can also cause painful urination. It would be wise to see your healthcare provider or a Urologist to do the necessary tests to be sent to the laboratory for the right diagnosis.

Not normal but you can have a urinary tract infection, a sexually transmitted disease or prostatitis. You need to go to your doctor and get a culture

There should be no relationship between your urinary symptoms and donating plasma.

It is not, you need a urine culture.
