Itchy arm?
I have a terribly itchy patch on my arm, it is nearly impossible to avoid scratching it and then it hurts like hell! It now feels like elephant skin and is spreading, it is bumpy.

If over-the-counter hydrocortisone does not relieve the itch, time to visit a local dermatologist.
