Can evacuation be done after 4 years of miscarriage?
If no what are the possible medical for sound health?

Not sure I understand the question. It would not be likely that you still have retained miscarriage tissue after 4 years. If you are having menstrual irregularities a sonogram and blood work would provide more information. You should follow up with your gyn.
