• Missed period?

I'm 24 years old, with one partner, and sexually active. We also use a pull-out method as a contraceptive. My last period was November 29th, 2021. I never missed a month of my period no matter how stressful school got, but lately, a typhoon hit our island which gave me extreme stress. We have not had electricity, proper food and water, and shelter for a week which prompted me one too many emotional breakdowns during that week. After we had settled back, I fell sick due to a sore throat on the day I was supposed to have my period. I recovered a few days later, but now 2 weeks have passed and I still haven't had my period. During the typhoon, I hadn't had the chance to observe any PMS signs. Is there a chance I didn't ovulate back in December? Should I take a pregnancy test?

Yes, definitely do a pregnancy test. If negative, yes, you may have not ovulated. See your doctor to confirm.
