My clitoral hood has been swollen on the right side only ever since I became sexually active and I have no idea how to get it back to normal

Its not possible to make a diagnosis like this without a doctor examining you.
It should gradually resolve. Probably from intercourse. Hopefully not herpes or anything like that. I would consult your obgyn if this doesnt resolve soon. Sounds like it irritation there.
