My continuous symptoms?
In the past week and a half, I've developed and non persistent dry cough but with congestion and phlegm. How can I get rid of this?

As you have tried all others: Ventolin Q 4h prn; Antibiotics
Start an antihistamine and saline nasal rinse/netty pot, especially if you suffer from allergies. If you have a fever, sore throat, go see your family doc.
