My feet and hands are constantly itching?

My feet and hands are itchy which started this afternoon, Jan 21. I haven't been able to sleep because of this because it's constantly itching. I hate the feeling, please tell me what I can do.

Itching of the palms and soles can be caused by a variety of factors including allergic reactions, dry skin, and even diabetes. So, if the condition does not improve with hydrocortisone, best to get checked out by your doctor.
