My feet feel like I'm walking on needles after I had covid.

You may have a mild form of Guillain Barre Syndrome from Covid. This symptom is also caused by nerve damage due to diabetes, poor circulation, or alcohol, or other causes, such as thiamine deficiency. Please see your doctor for further evaluation.
