My husband is taking antibiotics for a stomach infection but is also experiencing painful cramps. Can I also give him ibuprofen?

Ibuprofen can further irritate the stomach. I would hold off on it. If the irritation is severe, then perhaps consider speak to the prescribing physician about possibly switching antibiotics.
