Oral gonorrhea
7 days ago I was diagnosed with oral gonorrhea. They gave me an injection and 10 days of doxy.
I am not on my 7th day and still have the slightest itch/burn in the back of my throat and there is a slightest white has on my Pharynx.
Would this mean that my treatment did not work, is 7 days still to early to tell, are should expect to still have symptoms but not to worry?

I would let it go, and try gargling hot salt water 2 or 3 times a day for a few days.
