Pain before and during ejaculation
I felt pain in my left iliac during the last ejaculation. Currently, I have low libido and pain before possible orgasms. Thus, no ejaculation. I had varicocele ( left side) 15 years ago and hydrocele (left side) 10 years ago surgeries, and a stone kidney (left side) 4 years ago (which came out through a urine canal without surgery). For most of my life, I had a non-active lifestyle, but for the last 4 months, I was quite active: cycling every day and lifting weights. I usually have no left iliac pain, no swelling or bulge, and no sexually transmitted infection. What could be the issue? Thank you in advance.

The most common obstructions that lead to painful ejaculation include Seminal vesicle stones. Seminal vesicle cysts. it is quite a rare condition
check with the Urologist.
