• Pain numbness weakness

I have had Graves disease for years but within the last two months I have been experiencing numbness, tingling, weakness and pain to the right side of my arm. Sharp stabbing pains, pins and needles feels like at times I'm having to drag my leg or difficulty lifting it overall weakness to the right.

Your complaints of focal weakness are not part of the Graves' disease. I recommend that you see a neurologist to be sure the is no neurologic disease causing these symptoms.
