Pain on my right side belly at 19 weeks pregnant?
I had this before but never on and off this long only my right side comes and goes but my normal aches and cramps were more on the side more and this is closer to the middle but still on right. My nurse claims it's normal growth but I’m scared as to why the ache comes and goes for 3 hours now. Could it be a pulled ligament or my ligaments doing this when I tried to get up off the floor? I was laying no discharge and have felt this before but never this long.

Well, first of all, I need to qualify my regards with the fact that I have not examined you nor even to spoken to you. However, generally, abdominal pain (along with back pain and pain in the vaginal area) is extremely common and usually is not a reason to be concerned. I usually tell my patients that pain, by itself, is normal as long as there is nothing with it, such as a fever or vaginal bleeding. So, therefore, I would not worry too much about it.
