Pelvic pain?
I have experienced pelvic pain on both the right and left sides for a year. A CT scan with contrast showed atrophying uterus with everything else "unremarkable". I do have some diverticulitis. Blood work is all good, physical was good. I am a 67 year old post-menopausal woman.

You would benefit from having a visit and exam and possibly an ultrasound with your gynecologist. There are other organs that live in the pelvis (bladder and bowel and colon specifically) and there could be other causes of your pain, but starting with the gynecologist may help you eliminate some possible causes.
