Pelvic pain?
I've been having bad pelvic pain during ovulation and my period. I've also been having heavy periods, and sometimes 2 periods in one month, other times I get that bad pelvic pain and I don't have a period, also have a lot of diarrhea, and sometimes I get normal period cramps and no period ever comes, what could this be?

Suggest seeing a GYN specialist. You may have a disease related to the lining of your uterus. Stay safe.
