It’s very red and it looks like it’s swollen I just want to know if it’s normal or do I have a infection?

You either have a yeast infection, which should be treated with Lotrimin or nystatin, but the other thing it could be is contact dermatitis. That can be due to something you came in contact with. It is not an STD.
