Pituitary microadenoma, normal bloodwork
31 year old female diagnosed with 6 mm pituitary microadenoma. Hormonal bloodwork comes back normal but experiencing sharp head pain, nausea and vomiting daily. Hair loss for two years. Abdominal distention for 5 months.

Pituitary micro-adenomas are quite common.
Very unlikely to explain your synthesis.
That said evaluation should be done to establish the function of the pituitary
