• Post vaccine reaction

My 15 yr old daughter received the Flu vaccine and HPV vaccine about 36 hours ago. She complained of nausea, dizziness and fatigue after about 12 hours and later complained that her legs feel weak. She also worked out with weights before the leg complaint, but the workout is not new to her. She is walking apparently fine today and has not missed school. She says nausea and dizziness are gone but legs still “feel like jelly.” Is this within expectations within 48 hours of these two vaccines?

Well medical data doe say that many patients do have some post vaccine complaints like "coming down with something" but symptoms should clear up within 72 hrs. if symptoms persist or worsen PCP consult or er visit.

This is whats called an inmmuno response to vaccine , she will feel the effects of cold-like flu symptoms for 24 hours to even 5 days, what you should do if check for fever of 40, difficulty breathing and or chest pain if those symptoms appear go to the Er immediately, it is strongly recommended to not use weights or active exercise 48 hours after receiving vaccine, hope this explains and or answer question

Is very common this side effects 24 to 48 hours after any vaccinations experience. Continue monitoring if symptoms gets worse contact your primary physician or visit an ER services.
