I took p2 about a week ago after unsafe sex and I felt the need to be on the safe side. Today, I am getting my periods 2 weeks early and am having lower abdominal cramps on the left side?

It is normal to have bleeding in two weeks. If you have left-sided pain, you should see a physician to r/o other causes (i.e., r/o ectopic pregnancy).

Bleeding is expected after morning after pill with some cramping. Take ibuprofen to relieve cramping.
